How quickly will I receive my order?

All products default to include standard shipping to the United States & Canada unless otherwise chosen. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then sent out for standard shipping (5-7 business days).On average orders are received between 5-9 business days.

Orders shipped within the United States are processed within 1-2 business days and then sent out for standard shipping (3-5 business days), unless otherwise chosen (express shipping 1-3 business days). Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders do not ship on the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Tuesday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation via e-mail. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. Ornami cannot be held accountable for loss or delays caused by the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL). We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays as inaccurate or incomplete addresses can add 1-2 business days to order processing.

Do you allow returns?

Yes, ma'am! Provided requirements are met, we do allow returns and/or exchanges! Check out the requirements below.

What is the return period?

We will provide a refund within 30 days from the date that you receive your products.

Do I have to pay to ship back my return?

Yes, at this time, you are responsible for the shipping method and cost to send your return. It is recommended that you send your return with a tracking option, as we will request this to confirm receiving the package. Ornami is not responsible for any lost returns.

How do I start the process to return?

Returns must be initiated by first sending an email to The subject line must include the word “RETURN” and the order number. For example: RETURN Order #12345. Remember to only ship your item(s) back once you've sent this email!

Do you refund shipping costs?

We include free standard shipping on purchases over $75. Expedited/Express shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc) so they can't be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original form of payment after we have received the returned product(s). This process takes between 1-2 business days. In addition, most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund to reflect on your account statement. The total process takes between 4-7 business days on average. Please allow the full 7 business days before contacting.
